One of the most common frustrations I hear from dentists is this:
“Parthiv, I’m presenting treatment… but my patients still hesitate. They need it. They want it. They know their situation is getting worse. But they don’t say yes.”
It’s one of the most painful parts of running a dental practice, doing the exam, building the relationship, explaining the diagnosis…only to hear the patient say:
“I need to think about it.” Or “I’ll call you next week.”
