Parthiv has a desire to some day join a doctoral program and do a desertion paper on the subject of pixel estate. Parthiv believes that the internet is a SPACE that is as real as REAL ESTATE, and that makes every business owner who has any presence on the internet a pixel estate investor. Like real estate, your pixel estate has your campus with specific PLACE for every pixel structure. Your pixel estate is blueprinted by systems architects, your pixel assets are built by skilled developers. A very special place called home page is the gateway to your campus on pixel estate. This theorizes that every business with even the most modest presence on the web a pixel estate investor. Modern history has shown that companies who have higher investment in their pixel estate portfolio compared to their real estate portfolio have out performed their rivals by land slide. Parthiv is working with his guide Dr. Stephen Roulac on developing an algorithm and comparison model that will help business owners decide what their pixel estate portfolio could be. Parthiv believes that your pixel estate portfolio is part of a comprehensive marketing portfolio that is made of pixel estate, paper estate, people estate and data estate. Parthiv's origins in to direct marketing come from his direct mail background. Parthiv has worked for over 10000 direct mail marketing projects and mailed over a billion (with a B), over a billion pieces of direct mail. ((Visit https://magneticmarketing.com/ to learn more about Magnetic Marketing)

I bought Magnetic Marketing in 2009 and it changed my life. Here's why Magnetic Marketing is so close to my heart.

You may know my company eLaunchers.com as one of the top digital marketing agencies in the U.S. But it didn’t start that way.

Years ago when I launched out on my own, I had the energy and enthusiasm to succeed. But not the knowledge In the early days, I’d work like a rented mule late into the night doing what I thought would help a client grow their business.

But back then, the kind of results I wanted for myself and MUST deliver for my clients, just weren’t there. The early years were a low point in my life and my career.

Then I met Dan Kennedy...

Can an intern really write your blogs?

Posted by Parthiv Shah on Oct 23, 2018 12:45:07 PM

Do you want scheduled blog post but do not have enough time to do it? Make your student intern do it. Instead of them just bringing you coffee or making you copies of documents, you can actually utilize them to benefit both you and your intern. Here I will explain simple steps on how to do that.

The fist important step you take is knowing what you will be writing. If you have a student intern they have to be able to know what the topic will cover. They do not have to be an expert at it. Instead, the blog post is their reflection on the topic.

Time Management? Bah-Humbug!

Posted by Parthiv Shah on Sep 22, 2018 12:30:07 PM

It was June 2012 in Cleveland and after the event we all went to the racetrack with Dan Kennedy. While everyone was having fun, I found a quiet moment with Dan and asked him:

"Dan, in your book on Time Management; you are talking about some EXTREME control measure on access to your time. This is easy for YOU, because you are Dan Kennedy. For a small, emerging business trying to drum up business, I need to make myself available when a prospect wants to talk to me. Exactly how do you suppose I apply the principles of time management in your book? I am exactly opposite of what you are recommending. I respond to email within minutes, I am almost always available to take a call from prospects and client 8AM to 10PM 7 days a week and my clients sincerely appreciate such availability.

My First Labor Day in USA

Posted by Parthiv Shah on Sep 3, 2018 9:26:21 AM

Happy Labor Day.  Here's a funny story from my FIRST labor day in America. Year is 1997. My first year working for J M Perrone Company. People are taking turn educating me about Labor day and I am hearing conflicting stories. So I walk up to the general manager and I asked him if labor day was a holiday. "No, We work VERY HARD on the labor day." says the GM. So, on labor day I show up for work... I am the only one in the parking lot. :-) Fast forward a few months, I ask if the Patriots Day (Boston Marathon Day) was a holiday, everyone told me NO it was not a holiday. I watch news, I read newspaper and I am convinced that it is a holiday, it is yet another prank and I am not falling for this again. I was the ONLY guy who did not show up for work that day.

Fiscal Responsibility: Do you know your P&L?

Posted by Parthiv Shah on Jul 19, 2018 7:14:00 AM

An excerpt from Parthiv Shah's upcoming book on Fiscal Fitness, available soon!

In 1992, I went to Bentley University for my MBA. I took Accounting I, Accounting II, Finance I, and Finance II. I learned a lot about finance but the one thing that we barely spent any time on was job costing. Most colleges only tell you that the sole purpose of accounting is to keep track of how much money you need to collect from people and how much money you have paid to those you owe. While that is important, there are other key ideas when it comes to tracking finances.

An excerpt from Parthiv Shah's upcoming book on Fiscal Fitness, available soon!

If you have engaged in a fiscally irresponsible behavior that put your business in a rough financial shape, DON’T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF. Yes, it is your fault. No one made you do it. A magical fairy does not give direct deposits nor does she take money away from you. So this is your fault. BUT, it can be fixed.

Fiscal Responsibility: How to Calculate Your Cost of Breathing (Continuity of Business Operations)

Posted by Parthiv Shah on Jul 12, 2018 6:56:00 AM

An excerpt from Parthiv Shah's upcoming book on Fiscal Fitness, available soon!

My first major business was a dot.com company. I built a system that was to be the foundation of a national network of dry cleaners. My partner and I created a data plan to tag every garment with an identification number; when garment #29305 was pressed eleventh time, the customer would get a coupon from the manufacturer to get the garment replaced. It was a good idea but unfortunately I did not know ANYTHING about dry cleaning.
