A lot of people today are considered the Masters of Modern Marketing. Like Seth Godin, Gary Venerchuk, Neil Patel for example. Granted, they are pretty sharp on their game. However, when it comes to direct response, today’s Master is Dan Kennedy as far as I am concerned.

If it’s one thing I like it is technology. I have a hard time seeing what’s new for eLaunchers and not having it. Anyone that knows me is fully aware of this bit of news. If only I had an extra $9000 lying around gathering dust.

Outspending the Competition is the Recipe for Winning
If you wish to end up winning, the recipe is outspending the competition. It’s the unvarnished truth. It’s not the best business that always wins, it’s the best marketed. But don’t let me get too far ahead just yet.
The typical business owner looks for every advantage imaginable to spend as little as possible on gaining a new customer, client, or patient. Whether it be pay per click ads, sales commission, incentives, discounts, whatever.

Attorneys are probably good at legal stuff. However, it’s called law school for a reason. They don’t teach lawyers how to market themselves, only how to understand and interpret the law. That’s the absolute best reason available as to why attorneys should outsource their marketing. They just don’t have it within them to do it on their own.

If you ever attended a Tony Robbins event where he spoke of raising your standards, this will be familiar. He taught us that we need to turn our “shoulds” into “musts.” Yes, you should begin saving more money for retirement.
But what you really should be thinking is: I must increase my savings for retirement! When you re-characterize something that you might do, something that you can do or something that you ought to do into an absolute must do, your thinking changes. This takes self-discipline. Your priorities change. It is a re-ordering of what is most significant to the top of your list from the bottom. Saving and investing for the future becomes an absolute must. If that becomes your governing principle, you likely will not spend $32 a week on expensive coffee.

Money has a mind of its own. It’s attracted to some folks and repelled by others. It looks at behaviors and decides who to like and who to hang out with. It seems fascinated by people who make intelligent decisions and not so interested in someone playing video games. And it seems to respect library time more than lottery strategies.

My guide Dr. Stephen Roulac encouraged me to apply for a doctoral program when I explained the concept of "Pixel Estate Portfolio". After carefully evaluating the concept and its depth, he suggested that this is not a topic for a blog article or a pillar page or even a book. This is going to require few thousand hours of work, deep and diligent work, significant scholastic study, significant literature review, analysis, research and conclusive evidence before I can write a dissertation that would be considered worthy of publication.

You’ve got a responsibility to your audience, so don’t take it lightly. Crafting your perfect message is not as easy as it sounds, so take matters seriously when it comes to nurturing your prospects, clients, patients or customers.
Your real genius comes from the things you hide from others. You know, those skeletons in your closet you are either ashamed of, angered by, embarrassed by or even hate that it happened to you. Some people are embarrassed by the fact that their parents were not very good at showing them love. Others have a distinct fear of heights after falling off a high surface as a child. It could be anything.

7 Reasons Why You Must Put “WTF” in your Content.
That’s right, jazz it up, make it emotional one way or another. Want to rant about something that pisses you off about your industry to make your point? Then, why aren’t you doing so? What’s holding you back? Chicken?
See what I mean? Most people never pay attention to your content because you are boring. Say it with me….B.O.R.I.N.G.
So, when you fully understand messaging that grabs the attention of people, you’ll be on your way to building an audience. Sure, some people will be repelled by your style, intent, brashness, or even crude nature, but WTF are you looking for, goody-two-shoes or people that resonate with you and your message?
