Parthiv has a desire to some day join a doctoral program and do a desertion paper on the subject of pixel estate. Parthiv believes that the internet is a SPACE that is as real as REAL ESTATE, and that makes every business owner who has any presence on the internet a pixel estate investor. Like real estate, your pixel estate has your campus with specific PLACE for every pixel structure. Your pixel estate is blueprinted by systems architects, your pixel assets are built by skilled developers. A very special place called home page is the gateway to your campus on pixel estate. This theorizes that every business with even the most modest presence on the web a pixel estate investor. Modern history has shown that companies who have higher investment in their pixel estate portfolio compared to their real estate portfolio have out performed their rivals by land slide. Parthiv is working with his guide Dr. Stephen Roulac on developing an algorithm and comparison model that will help business owners decide what their pixel estate portfolio could be. Parthiv believes that your pixel estate portfolio is part of a comprehensive marketing portfolio that is made of pixel estate, paper estate, people estate and data estate. Parthiv's origins in to direct marketing come from his direct mail background. Parthiv has worked for over 10000 direct mail marketing projects and mailed over a billion (with a B), over a billion pieces of direct mail. Why Your Marketing Fails

Posted by eLaunchers on Jul 28, 2022 4:24:29 PM

It's no secret that most business owners are less than happy with the number of paying buyers that get generated by their advertising efforts. Typically, it's the media that gets blamed but the truth is that the real cause is not the media, but a fractured marketing process. Specifically, it's the failure of both the business owner AND the marketing person to take a holistic approach to the entire marketing funnel so that all of the milestones and contingencies are accounted for throughout the entire process.

How Often Should You Email

Posted by eLaunchers on Jun 29, 2022 8:33:00 AM

It is normal for most people to project their values onto their customers. For example, when the topic of "How often are you emailing your list?" comes up I get answers ranging from "once per month" to "a few times per year." When I suggest emailing a MINIMUM of once per week, the pushback is immediate and forceful with the business owner often questioning my mental status and telling me "there's no way my clients want emails from me that often!"

False Metrics That Appear Real

Posted by eLaunchers on Jun 14, 2022 8:40:00 AM

Metrics... Just because they’re easy to measure doesn’t mean they matter. When I visit a new client or when I do some investigation for a prospective client, I often see something that looks like a useful metric but isn't. It happens because they often appear in easy, round numbers and are easily compared to other round numbers. Facebook "Likes" is one I see often. But when you start to think about it, how does

Marketing Versus Sales

Posted by eLaunchers on Jun 9, 2022 6:03:00 AM

When I first came to America, I was shocked at the cultural differences.

Everything was different from attitudes to the way people interacted with each other in daily life, even how they shopped. But the most interesting thing to me was how businesses marketed and sold their products and services. India – like much of the third world - has little marketing. Business owners in third-world countries focus on sales and negotiating. Mostly, this is because people in third world countries buy products and services they need. Conversely, in America people buy what they WANT.

Focused Time Increases Productivity

Posted by eLaunchers on Jun 7, 2022 8:06:00 AM

"Open Door Management" of your business is a two-edged sword. Yes, you should absolutely have times when your staff can access you directly. But when that time is unlimited, your ability to function as a leader or manager is seriously compromised.
