It's no secret that most business owners are less than happy with the number of paying buyers that get generated by their advertising efforts. Typically, it's the media that gets blamed but the truth is that the real cause is not the media, but a fractured marketing process. Specifically, it's the failure of both the business owner AND the marketing person to take a holistic approach to the entire marketing funnel so that all of the milestones and contingencies are accounted for throughout the entire process.
The eLaunchers Traffic System solves that problem by factoring in the 5 Levels of Awareness outlined by Eugene Schwartz in his book "Breakthrough Advertising."
Specifically, the 5 levels are:
* Problem Aware.
* Solution Aware.
* Product Aware.
* Most Aware.
When most business owners start advertising, they not only fail to consider the 5 levels of awareness but they also treat each media as if it were in a silo that operated independently from each of the other campaigns. This is a sure-fire way to create a campaign that has virtually no chance of being successful. Instead, the eLaunchers Traffic System looks at the total system and has all the components supporting each other.
To start, prospects of the product or service being promoted are segmented depending on where they would be starting on the Levels of Awareness. Are they "unaware" of the problem? For example, a person could have very early cancer and be unaware of any of the "tells" that could indicate the onset of the disease. Or they could be further along, have unusual pain and request an appointment to see a doctor. Both of these scenarios are low on the "awareness" scale yet both would need to be given a different message to be effective at generating a lead.
Next, once an entry point is determined, we look at the different media to determine the sequence that would best move a prospect along the "levels of awareness". For example, when someone is "unaware", a Google Search ad makes no sense because a person would never look for information about a problem that they are unaware of. But, once they become "problem aware", a Google Search ad would be an excellent way to get the prospect to see your blog post that describes your solution to their problem. Failing to look at each media and determine how it will best fit into your conversion of the prospect into a buyer is the main reason why most marketing fails.
Interestingly, it's also the #1 reason a business owner or professional says "I tried Facebook / Google / posting blog content / etc / etc and it didn't work."
Knowing what you have just learned, are you surprised?
But get this right and you will have a marketing SYSTEM that effortlessly moves your ideal prospect along the funnel, transitioning from one level of awareness to the next, eliminating the prospects that are NOT a good fit for your business, and selling those that are an ideal fit.
