The Everest Consultation Session is a time you commit to work ON your business. During the 1000 minute (about sixteen hours) session we will make a game plan to take you from where you are to where you want to be at the end of your next 1000 days. 

We start with a question I learned from coach Dan Sullivan. "If we were having this discussion 3 years from today, and you were looking back over those 3 years, what has to have happened in your life both personally and professionally, for you to feel happy with your progress?”So, if that is where you want to be in a 1000 days, where MUST you be in 300 days? If that is where you MUST be in 300 days, what must you DO in the next 100 days? Looking back, what happened or not happened in the last 100 days, 300 days and 1000 days. What can we learn from your most recent past to form a game plan for your most current future? What can we forecast about future with reasonable accuracy and make a plan to acquire desire results? 

This Day and Half consultation session will create a game plan and a production schedule for implementation of the platform. This is not a coaching session. This is a forensic data analysis session. In this session we will analyze the last 24 to 36 months of transactions and find pockets of opportunities in your data universe. We call this exercise 'Looking for Diamonds In Your Database'. Among other things, we will work on:

  • Meta cognitive Mind Map of Brainstorm
  • SWOT Analysis and determine Strike Zone
  • Everest Diagram
  • Game-plan Template Setup
  • Market - Message - Media Triangle
  • Business Model, Revenue Model, Ascension Plan and Profit Maximizes
  • Marketing Automation Plan
  • Technology, Web and Data Plan
  • Implementation and Execution Plan
  • Continuing Education Curriculum Development
  • CEO Technology Competency Training Plan
  • Staff Technology Competency Training Plan

This is an intense, hands on WORKING session. You will fill up the white wall with concepts and strategies and draw your own Everest journey from 'Base Camp to Summit'. From the minute you come out of security at the airport till the minute I drop you off at the airport terminal (minus a few breaks and SOME time to sleep) we will be together, working ON your business.

There is no other distraction. Nothing else is going on. No one else is speaking. There are no shiny objects. This is where you stop dreaming about the future and start drawing your future.

Once we are done with the whiteboard, the team goes to work and create your own Everest Diagram using tools like Adobe Photoshop or other design tool. For meta-cognitive mindmap drawings and info graphics  I use tools like https://venngage.com/features/mind-map-maker
