Some Businesses Simply Can’t Handle Growth

Throughout my career, I’ve helped countless business owners and entrepreneurs reach more clients, patients, and patrons than they thought possible. This allows them to grow their businesses in a way that keeps their cash register consistently ringing and their profits soaring.

Most of my clients are pleased beyond measure at the results. Some are able to meet the needs of their growing customer base with the personnel they already have in place. While others must hire new employees to handle the surge in business.   A few of my delighted clients have needed to open second and third locations in response to the influx of business they experienced.  For most, these are good problems to have.

Most of my clients love these results.  A few, however, simply aren’t up for the challenge. One of my colleagues, a successful attorney with a profitable law firm, fits this description. He told me the story of how he’d started his business almost four decades prior and the firm had continued to grow throughout the years.

I met this business owner, let’s call him Steve, at a Direct Marketing Conference a few years ago. We started talking about his company and how he’d maintained market share, but never achieved the explosive growth he’d dreamed about early on in his career. He talked fondly of his law firm but was just as eager to talk about his plans for the future, especially the ones which hinged on him retiring and moving to a beach side property he owned in Florida.

Well Steve and I hit it off and became fast friends, but we never did business together.

‘Why?’ you ask.

Because I was never willing to accept him as a client. You see, I knew something about Steve, he wasn’t yet willing to accept himself. His heart was no longer in his business. His earlier dreams of dominating the market in his area had been replaced by dreams of a nice quiet retirement and probably a fishing boat.

These are good dreams.   But Steve was not the client I was looking for.

If a surge in business is beyond what you are capable of handling in your business, or if you’re at a point in your career where you see your retirement quickly approaching, then saying yes to eLaunchers and the business growth strategies we offer is not the right move for you.

And that’s ok.

Not every business is capable of taking on droves of new clients eager to buy the products and services they sell.  Not every business owner wants the responsibility of owning and operating a successful growth-oriented business for the next decade or so.

On the other hand, if you are up to the challenge of meeting the needs of a growing number of customers, clients, patients or patrons ready to pay top dollar for what you have to offer, then without a doubt calling me and discussing the explosive growth strategy that will move your business to a new level is THE RIGHT MOVE FOR YOU, RIGHT NOW.

If you are ready for this type of growth in your business, then please send me a text or give me a call at 301-873-5791 or go to www.elaunchers.com to book an appointment.

Join our growing list of customers who are experiencing their best year yet because they said YES to eLaunchers.
