We want to earn your business and win your heart. In today’s day and age, customer satisfaction merely gets the bills paid. A pledge to excellence goes above and beyond simply managing customer expectations. 

Our pledge is that you will enjoy your flight. 

When we encounter turbulence, our trained professionals will guide you and help you manage the stress. 

However, we realize that we just might fail to please despite our best efforts. So, if you are disappointed and wish to part ways, we would like the chance to make things right. Here are three guarantees on the portion of the funds I do have control over.

We provide patients. By the architecture of our System, there is NO question or doubt; you know and we know how many patients were produced every month. We are 100% accountable. You are NOT signing up for consulting, coaching, or training or for a mountain for new learning or world for your staff.

You can fire us at any time, for any reason, with 30 days’ notice AND receive your present/most recently paid month’s fee refunded. There is NO long-term contract or fight your way out of. NO hassle. IF we aren’t successfully producing the agreed on, intended results - fire us. We intend for this to be a long, happy marriage, but not by force. We have dentist clients with us now going on 5. 7. 10, 12 years. Other companies try to make it impossible for you to leave them by captivity/hostage contracts. We try to make it impossible for you to leave us by our performance and results.

You can even keep most of the Intellectual Property developed or customized for you, and use it as you see fit. You WILL end your Area Exclusivity with us, and we will endeavor to replace you, but we will see to it that our “break-up” causes you minimum inconvenience. The 30-Day Notice gives us both time to stop, unplug, and turn things over to you.
