I’m still buzzing. A few days ago, we held our first Dental Growth & Exit Summit of the year, and it exceeded even my high expectations. Because of you, the dentists who showed up engaged, asked sharp questions, and made it clear that 2026 is not going to be “just another year.”
It’s going to be a turning point.
And the best part?
Dentists who attended are already reaching out, sharing what they’re going to implement, what they’re changing, and how the summit helped them see their practice, from growth to exit, in a completely new light.
The Powerhouse Trifecta: Three Books, One Mission
One of my favorite moments of the entire summit was when Dr. Travis Campbell, Dr. Chris Phelps, and I had a chance to talk openly about what I like to call our “Powerhouse Trifecta” of books.
Three books. Three perspectives. One mission: to give dentists control over their destiny.
Three books. Three lanes. One integrated growth and exit framework.
At the summit, we talked about how these three works fit together:
When dentists started messaging me afterward, saying, “Now I finally see how all three pieces work together,” I knew we had done our job.
And the icing on the cake, the insight we got from Stan Kinder and Dr. Michael Goldberg.
Stan brought something that very few dentists ever get direct access to: the buyer’s perspective. His stories from inside the boardroom, his examples of what DSOs and private buyers look at first, and his breakdown of how a few small decisions can mean the difference between a mediocre offer and a life-changing one; those moments were priceless.
Then there’s Michael.
Michael is one of the rare leaders who understands that a practice is not just a P&L and not just a clinical environment. It is a living system. He talked about leadership, culture, and systems in a way that made it very clear: if you want your practice to be attractive to buyers, or simply easier to run, you must treat it like a business with a heart, not a job with overhead.
Their contributions made the summit deeper, more grounded, and more actionable.
Since the summit wrapped, my inbox has been filled with messages like:
It’s one thing to attend a CE event. It’s another to actually change something the next week.
That’s what excites me the most. That you guys are acting on it.
Whether you were able to join us live or not, you don’t have to miss out on the heart of what we shared.
You can start building your own Dental Growth Library and put the trifecta of books to work inside your practice:
You can get my book alone, or all three together, by visiting:
If this summit was the spark, these books are the fuel.
2026 has just begun. Let’s make sure your practice isn’t just “getting by,” but building toward something bigger, higher production, higher profitability, and a higher exit value when the time is right.
To your unstoppable success,
President
