People will either respond to a concept that progress them TOWARDS pleasure or a concept that takes them AWAY from pain. In the promised transformation and cost of inaction video you want to address both. Tell them what will happen if they take action, and also tell them what will happen if they don't take action.

You presented yourself as someone who CAN solve the problem. You established that the problem is worth solving and cost of inaction. Now, ask them to do something to start a conversation with you.
