Elaunchers.Com ITEAM is modeled after Los Angilis Police Department SWAT Team (Special Weapons and Tactics). A dedicated team of highly skilled people working as one cohesive force to deliver a powerful punch in a short period of time. They move in, do their thing and move out.

Here is something very special about our team. We do not take on moonlighters. Our team members either own their own company in the business of providing services to clients like us or are employed by companies that we have relationship with. No matter which country they work from, they report to a project manager in their home country and a project manager in US in addition to the core project management team at Elaunchers.Com. Even thought multiple people work on your project at the same time, someone always has an eye on the ball.

This global workforce is truly amazing. 24/7, someone is always awake. Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, Eid... while we celebrate every holiday, someone on the team is always working 365 days a year. Like New York City, Elaunchers.Com ITEAM never sleeps! It is 'Prime Time' somewhere in the world and we have a team over there.

Billing is simple. Each team member is assigned one of the seven billing level code (U1, U2, U3, I1, I2, I3, I4). When a project goes live the project lead will assign tasks and allocate hours. Everyone works off of one consolidated time sheet and your weekly time sheet/invoice reflects billing levels, hours and tasks performed within those hours.

Just imagine the power of having access to a global workforce in three countries and six time zones that can put in several thousand hours worth of work in a week if necessary... and not having to pay for any of it when you don't need it!

Parthiv Shah, President
Parthiv has twelve years of direct marketing experience. A specialist in database quality control and data compliance for U.S. Postal Regulations, Parthiv is a leading industry expert in the use of direct mail and other services provided by the post office. Parthiv has been a resident list expert for a long time. He has worked with clients like Fleet Center, Partners Health Care System, Stop and Shop, Floating Hospital for Children and many more. Over his tenure in direct mail industry, Parthiv has bought and sold over ten million records of mailing lists, worked on thousands of direct marketing programs and mailed over a billion pieces. Parthiv has a BA and MBA in marketing and he is a certified Mail Piece Quality Control Specialist.

Parthiv is also teaching several courses in marketing, sales management, e-business and e-marketing at University of Phoenix.

Dipali Shah: Vice President, Design Services
Dipali has a Masters degree in fine arts and she is an accomplished graphic designer. Dipali is our lead designer. Besides doing hands on work for our client in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Indesign and other graphics software & web design software she works very closely with our clients and our vendors on operations management..

Stan Smith: Print Production
Stan is an account executive at Printing Images, Inc. and he manages print mail production for all our clients. Stan has an extensive understanding of print production, pre-press and project management.

Ann Poritzky: Project Management
Ann Poritzky has more than 20 years of marketing, communications and project management experience. She is a quick learner with lots of energy and creativity and a great sense of humor. Ann specializes in managing projects; building creative teams; developing campaigns and producing materials in business and nonprofit settings. She conducts program evaluations, qualitative research, training and website analysis. Using her outstanding written and oral communications skills Ann conveys ideas, builds support and keeps stakeholders informed. Ann has an MBA in marketing from George Washington University (with honors) and will graduate from Web Analytics Program through University of British Columbia in December.

Kim McCurry: Graphic Designer
Kim is an experienced graphic designer who works with Ann and Parthiv on integrating look & feel of your web, landing site, direct mail, e-mail and print components.

Erik Weems: Web Master and Web Graphic Designer
From web site design to site maintenance and domain management, Erik is your outsourced webmaster helping you manage all aspects of your web site. He will help you buy domain names, manage your hosting, manage & maintain your web site, run your site analytics reports and help maintain a seamless relationship between your organization & your web site. Erik is also an accomplished graphic designer and experienced print production manager.

Mike Long: The Pen Fellow
Michael Long is a writer of growing acclaim. He is an accomplished author, essayist, editorialist and speechwriter with experience in government, business, and the non-profit world. He is also an experienced writing teacher, with experience from reading programs for children of migrant farm workers to delivering guest lectures on humor and speechwriting at George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management.

Altaf Shaikh: The e-Brains @ elaunchers.com
Altaf has been in e-marketing space for the last several years and over the years he became an industry legend helping small and large marketers harness the power of e-marketing. Altaf & his team work on e-mail marketing, on-line advertising, design & building of high end landing site solutions and response management.

Nimesh Soni, The Data Guru
Nimesh is a very senior Database programmer who is at home with every database system from Access to Oracle. Nimesh teaches IT and Database courses at University of Phoenix, Graduate School of Business along with Parthiv. He is a database systems practitioner in financial district and works for several financial clients. He coordinates data activities with rest of the team. He moves in when we have very complex data situation that requires a super specialist to work hands on and watch over the data migration/mitigation process.

Atul Ganatra: Object Weaver
Atul Ganatra is a high end systems integrator working on managing flow of data through the business process. His skills come in handy when we need to integrate data from several platforms or building a data flowchart for a web application development. Atul also serves as a project manager and subject matter expert on data integration. His core strength is weaving various data objects in one process across multiple applications and platforms.

Barbara Joyce: The Data Fairy
A true perfection nut when it comes to data, Barbara is one of the few database programmers who thoroughly understand postal regulations. While every mail house has their own ‘Barbara’, ours is the best… absolutely, the best! Barbara runs our 'Databank' operations. She works with our clients in getting the data from clients, to the cleansing services, back from the service agencies, back to client and on to client's mail house.

Ram Swaminathan: Database Operations
Ram is a high end database programmer and systems administrator and he leads the team of web masters, database programmers and marketing administrators that facilitate our business process. Ram takes over the project when a prospect becomes a client and follows through on all aspects of project management for data integration, CRM support, web services and Search Engine Optimization.

Manoj Gursahani: The Search Engine Marketer
Manoj leads a team of highly skilled SEO engineers, programmers, content writers, editors and business process engineers who work on your web site & optimize it for various search engines. In addition, Manoj & his team also works with you on your pay per click advertising as a part of your search engine marketing process.
