Elaunchers.Com ITEAM is modeled after LAPD (Los Angelis Police Department SWAT Team (Special Weapons and Tactics). A dedicated team of highly skilled people working as one cohesive force to deliver a powerful punch in a short period of time. They move in, do their thing and move out.

Here is something very special about our team. We do not take on moonlighters. Our team members either own their own company in the business of providing services to clients like us or are employed by companies that we have relationship with. No matter which country they work from, they report to a project manager in their home country and a project manager in US in addition to the core project management team at Elaunchers.Com. Even thought multiple people work on your project at the same time, someone always has an eye on the ball.

Professional Summary

Parthiv Shah is a dedicated marketing professional focused upon database marketing and applying data intelligence in strategic decision making.  He approaches business development and management around the power of information and how to capture and manage it. Parthiv started his marketing career in Boston in 1991 as Director of New Business Development for the leading direct mail firm in the Northeast.  After seeing new technologies develop around the internet and database management, Parthiv founded Listlaunchers, Inc in Massachusetts. After Listlaunchers, Inc was sold to an Indian infotech company in 2005 with offices in Maryland, Shah took the role of Chief Marketing Officer for Mosaic Technologies, Inc.  In 2006 August  Parthiv started Elaunchers.Com.

Educational Background Parthiv Shah received an MBA in marketing from Bentley College and currently teaches marketing to MBA candidates at University of Phoenix in Maryland.

Lee Keshishian, VP Data Intelligence

Professional Summary

Lee Keshishian is an experienced consumer brand and business builder, working in the fields of consumer products, online retail and homebuilding.  He held senior marketing and business management roles with Dial Corporation and Reynolds Metals Consumer Group.  He managed international business and brand units in Europe, Middle East and Latin America, including acquisitions and joint ventures of in country manufacturing operations.

Lee left consumer products to start up the marketing for leading online games site, Boxerjam.com based in Charlottesville, which had proprietary web platforms that allowed over 10,000 players within one game session.  This company was eventually sold to Media General.  Afterwards, he entered the homebuilding market as Group Vice President of Marketing Pulte Homes and Director of Strategic and Operational Marketing for Centex Homes.

In these roles, he oversaw all facets of marketing, including being a part of the development team for Pulte Homes’ new website role out in 2003 and developing additional regional and community websites for Centex Homes.  In 2007, Lee and Centex were awarded by MAME for “Advertising Campaign of the Year” and “Direct Mail Campaign of the Year” DC Metro Area Homebuilders.

Lee currently works on marketing strategy and advertising development consulting projects with his firm Lion & Laurel, LLC (founded 2007) for homebuilding clients including Centex Homes, HH Hunt Homes (via Elaunchers.Com partnership) as well as, other building related companies.

Educational Background

Lee holds a BA from Georgetown University in International Relations and did graduate studies in international management at Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.

Dipali Shah is partner and Co-founder of Elaunchers.com. She has a primary role of managing the extended team and operations resources. Dipali has a Masters degree in fine arts and she is an accomplished graphic designer. Dipali is our lead designer. Besides doing hands on work for our client in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Indesign and other graphics software & web design software she works very closely with our clients and our vendors on operations management..

Ojas Shroff: System Architect and Web Engineer
Ojas is the lead data intelligence engineer and web application developer.

Stan Smith: Print Production
Stan is an account executive at Printing Images, Inc. and he manages print mail production for all our clients. Stan has an extensive understanding of print production, pre-press and project management.

Tom Morgan: Graphic Designer
Tom is an experienced graphic designer who works with web and print teams on integrating look & feel of your web, landing site, direct mail, e-mail and print components.

Erik Weems: Web Master and Web Graphic Designer
From web site design to site maintenance and domain management, Erik is your outsourced webmaster helping you manage all aspects of your web site. He will help you buy domain names, manage your hosting, manage & maintain your web site, run your site analytics reports and help maintain a seamless relationship between your organization & your web site. Erik is also an accomplished graphic designer and experienced print production manager.

Altaf has been in e-marketing space for the last several years and over the years he became an industry legend helping small and large marketers harness the power of e-marketing. Altaf & his team work on e-mail marketing, on-line advertising, design & building of high end landing site solutions and response management.

Nimesh Soni, The Data Guru
Nimesh is a very senior Database programmer who is at home with every database system from Access to Oracle. Nimesh teaches IT and Database courses at University of Phoenix, Graduate School of Business along with Parthiv. He is a database systems practitioner in financial district and works for several financial clients. He coordinates data activities with rest of the team. He moves in when we have very complex data situation that requires a super specialist to work hands on and watch over the data migration/mitigation process.

Atul Ganatra: Object Weaver
Atul Ganatra is a high end systems integrator working on managing flow of data through the business process. His skills come in handy when we need to integrate data from several platforms or building a data flowchart for a web application development. Atul also serves as a project manager and subject matter expert on data integration. His core strength is weaving various data objects in one process across multiple applications and platforms.

Barbara Joyce: The Data Fairy
A true perfection nut when it comes to data, Barbara is one of the few database programmers who thoroughly understand postal regulations. While every mail house has their own ‘Barbara’, ours is the best… absolutely, the best! Barbara runs our 'Databank' operations. She works with our clients in getting the data from clients, to the cleansing services, back from the service agencies, back to client and on to client's mail house.
