We are fortunate to be located on campus at Montgomery College in Germantown. We work closely with the college administration and stay in touch with the faculty. We are always on the look out for high energy, entrepreneurship minded students who are looking for a groundbreaking opportunity to learn how things are done in small business. We train these students to work in an out sourced environment and make outbound telephone calls to follow up on your leads.
These students can call on leads generated at trade shows, business cards captured at networking events, web site visitors, past clients, event attendees or just calling to populate your database. This is not your primary sales force. These students are not trained to sell for you, they are trained to start a conversation, evaluate someone's interest and elevate an interesting situation to your core sales team. We use Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite in conjunction with Voice over IP telephony to manage our collaborative workforce.
We provide extensive telemarketing and data augmentation training to our students. The training program is specifically developed for your needs. We suggest that students spend between 20 and 60 hours in training before they actually making phone calls. Students expect to be paid their full hourly wage during training.
