Clients
Who Are Our Clients?
While we are very good at what we do, we are not for everyone. Companies with in house resources or established relationships with a strong supply chain may not be interested in using everything we have to offer. Some compannies might have a better business process then ours. Some companies might be buying at a better prices then we can afford to work with you.
When we meet for the first time we will spend some time to think through the possibilities and see if there is a match between your needs and our strengths. We want to share with you how we do things and compare our system to your system. You might find that all you need help with is buying a list or cleaning your house data or setting up a landing page on your web site. These relationships are fine too!
Before we take on a long term relationship with a client we do a thorough job testing compatibility between two teams. We want to make sure we will get along. To do this we either do a small project for you or if you don't have any work to give us we do some FREE work for you. We would either do a FREE round of NCOA cleansing, build you a FREE landing page/microsite or do a FREE e-mail broadcast for you. This will give us an opportunity to work together on something meaningful and determine whether or not we will get along if we engage in a long term relationship. Not only we want to make sure that you will like our people, our process and our style, we also want to be reasonably sure that we will like you too.
We work with three types of clients.
- Small to Mid Sized Businesses who do not have a huge marketing budget but competes against rivals with deep pockets and resources.
- Collages, Universities, Associations and Non-Profit Organizations who have extensive data needs before and after deployment of their direct mail, e-mail, web or print publication.
- Multinational companies coming in to US to establish a forward base in US.
In addition we also work with trade partners, advertising agencies, printing companies, mail houses, technology houses, retailers, business service providers, attorneys, CPAs and large corporations.
Our growing list of loyal clients floats our boat! We would love to add you to our client list. If you wish to check our references we will be happy to provide you with a list of clients you can contact.
While we can do everything for a marketing project from start to finish, our approach is to figure out how we can integrate the resources, processes and teams you have already invested in. We only fill in where there is a void or you feel a need to replace a business process, vendor or a team member. We don't recommend that you use our resources unless there is an obvious and compelling reason to do so.
Bottom line... we don't sell you our services. We don't try to upsell or cross sell you other services. We help you choose what is best for you and hopefully we will have a role to play in your marketing world!
Sometimes we move in to a situation that needs a lot of help initially and our role starts shrinking as the client starts building their internal infrastructure and starts 'insourcing' things that were originally outsourced to us. This is not a threat to us, this is the goal. We maintained detailed notes and do a thorough job training your incoming employees as they take over tasks from us. We will help you identify opportunities to save money... and sometimes it will mean that you take some work away from us and assign it to your in house team. We are your marketing SWAT team... we only appear when there is a situation that needs our help!
We run in to opportunities where the prospective client does not have funds to implement our recommendations. In a situation like that we try to do a thorough job helping you understand your options, what you can do yourself, what not to do and give good advise. Sometimes a client or a prospect or someone who just needs help calls and asks for our opinion. At that time we provide thorough and detailed answer without trying to engage you in a relationship.
When we are not making money, we are making friends and we need both! |
