Dunn and Bradstreet reports half of all new businesses fail within two years of startup and over half of the remaining go out of business over the next three years. In other words, three of every four businesses are gone within five years of their first sale. Why? Smart, talented people who work hard start businesses every day yet three of every four can’t make it work and shut down within five years. Why?

In spite of being smart and hard-working, business owners fail at a high rate during the early years because they lack one vital skill that is an essential to build a successful business.

It takes many skills to run a successful business, but one factor towers above them all, one specific, non-negotiable skill, which without, no business can survive. And that is the ability to generate a continuous stream of prospects contacting you to do business.

With enough customers, clients, patients or patrons, you have the resources to overcome virtually any problem. Without a continuous flow of people wanting to do business with you, your business simply runs out of gas… andemployees, computers, software, Web sites, photo copiers, phone systems, office furniture, and inventory won’t save the day… in fact, they’ll hardly matter at all.

A continuous supply of people seeking you out to do business is the only thing powerful enough to give you a continuously successful business and transform your business into the wealth-building, profit-making, life-enriching enterprise you imagined when you first began.

Without being smart, dedicated, and hardworking with a good product or service, you’ll never be successful in business, but this alone won’t get you where you want to be.

Every entrepreneur wants to be successful in business, yet 750 of every 1000 new businesses fail, primarily because they can’t get enough people through the doors on a regular basis to stay in business, so the owners struggle, eventually abandon their dreams and the business just disappears. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Your challenge to build a successful business is first to survive and then build a STRONG financial position based on revenue and profit. Until this happens, your business is forever in the start-up mode, with no guarantee you’ll stay in business.

If your business is not growing, you have the same problem every struggling business experiences… not having a continuous flow of people seeking you out because they want to business with you.

Needing a non-stop flow of new prospects and not taking steps to make that happen drives a stake in the heart of your business. Without enough customers nothing else matters and with enough customers, virtually any problem can be overcome.

Building a strong, profitable, successful business depends almost entirely on how effective you are at generating a stream of people excited about doing business with you.

This is best accomplished by abandoning random acts of marketing as a growth strategy and developing a strategic plan to methodically attract new prospects.

Continuously attracting new customers, clients, patients or patrons is the PRIMARY concern of every successful business owner.

My goal for clients is to strategically transform your business into a rock-solid, profit-making machine you can depend on to deliver the kind of freedom and lifestyle you want for yourself and your family. This can happen for you.

Hard times and low cash flow is optional. Building a continuously successful business is always a choice you can make when you know what to do, and are willing to do it.

There is no rule that says you have to struggle.

There is no rule that says you can’t grow your business as big as you want anytime you choose with customers, clients, patients, or patrons contacting you ready to do business.

There is no rule that says you can’t implement powerful strategic marketing systems that attract wave after wave of interested prospects. And no rule that prohibits you from adopting a more effective sales approach that results in more sales and shorter sale cycles.

Generating a continuous supply of people who seek you out to do business is the only thing powerful enough to transform your business into the kind of customer-serving, wealth-building, life-enriching enterprise you imagined when you first began.
